After which, you will receive a confirmation email which contains the details of your order, mode of payment and postal charges.

Do notify us via email or via tag board after payment has been made.Payments should be done within 3 days, or item will go to the next person!Please note that price quoted is non-negotiable.

Postage:Cost for NORMAL postage ranges from S$1.50 to S$2.00 depending on the weight of the items purchased.Cost for REGISTERED postage will be an additional of S$2.50 to S$3.50 depending on the size and weight. Prices listed exclude postage unless otherwise stated. All bags will be send under registered postage and a tracking number will be issued for you to track your goods.

Delivery:
We will process your order as soon as we receive payment. If an item is in stock, we will send out asap. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery. If an item is not available, please allow a longer shipping time as orders are being made.

Princess Closet will not be held responsible for any loss of items.

Exchange Policy:
All items go through a quality check before they are put up for sale and before they are arranged to be mailed. Exchanges are only accepted if the item(s) received was not what you ordered.In such a case, please email us: closet_princess@hotmail.com immediately to notify us. Do state the item and reason for exchange.We will contact you asap thereafter.In other cases, refunds and exchanges are not allowed.
